Membership Rates 2010 |

General Rules: ¨ Access to club is by electronic key fob ONLY. ¨ Appropriate footwear to be worn on Courts. ¨ Access to each Court should be through the relevant gate and not by walking behind courts where people are playing. ¨ NO FOOD OR DRINKS (except Water) SHOULD BE BROUGHT ON TO THE COURTS! – This includes Chewing Gum and soft drinks. ¨ Members should not bring non members/guests into the club except with prior and explicit approval and agreement with a committee member ( Terms and conditions apply) ¨ The property of the Tennis club and other members property remains their property and should be treated with respect – i.e. Clubhouse in general /tennis balls/ table tennis table/racquets/balls etc… - property should be returned or replaced as it was used!!! ¨ All bicycles etc should be put against the parity walls (The outside walls) and NOT the clubhouse wall. (paint damage etc). ¨ The Practice wall has overhead netting – if a ball gets tangled in the netting there should be no attempt to recover same – they will come down eventually. ¨ The private properties adjoining the external walls of the Tennis club should NEVER be entered – unless explicit permission has been given by the property owner. ¨ All RUBBISH including Sweet papers and PLASTIC BOTTLES brought in by members should be TAKEN HOME by members as we do not have a refuse collection at the moment and all refuse removal is done voluntarily by club members. ¨ When the courts are full and more members require a court – those playing singles should ¨ (a) double up with another singles court if available OR ¨ (b) finish up their set of play or remain for 30. Mins - which ever comes first ! – NOTE : Those requiring a court should always make it clear to those playing that they are waiting for a court. Obviously those who have been playing the longest will be the first to vacate the courts. ¨ Priorities – up until 19.00hrs Singles must Double up. If all doubles playing – the longest playing doubles (especially those who previously played single play) must give up courts first – Seniors and juniors have equal status. After 19.00hrs Under 12s have no status on court and should not be there un-supervised by their guardian. ¨ Seniors have priority after 19.00 hrs – juniors and student members must vacate the courts as soon as the courts are required by seniors. ¨ Non member parents/guardians playing with a junior/student member must vacate the court to (any members including junior members - if required at any time ( juniors under 12 after 19.00 hrs must have an adult supervisor ) ¨ Senior members playing junior/student members must give priority to Senior members playing Senior members after 19.00 hrs (Pecking order applies) ¨ Temper outbursts and abuse will not be tolerated – from age 0 to infinity it applies to all !!!! |

The Fees for 2010 were set at the AGM in March 2010
Fees are due from 1st April 2010 and active Key fobs will be de-activated on 30th April 2010 if not renewed. Membership is on an annual basis and runs from 1st May to 30th April of each year.
